Club Keno is run by the Missouri Lottery and is one of the most popular rapid-draw games in the state. It is offered at licensed Missouri Lottery retailers across Missouri: bars, restaurants, convenience stores, and other lottery agents with a keno monitor.
Draws run every 4 minutes, from early morning until the early hours of the next day, every day of the week. Players pick between 1 and 10 numbers (spots) from the field of 1–80, and 20 numbers are drawn each game. You can play the same numbers across multiple consecutive draws on a single ticket.
Pick 1 to 10 numbers from 1 to 80 and choose your wager. A new draw happens every 4 minutes, with 20 numbers drawn from 80. You win based on how many of your numbers match, according to the paytable for your spot count. You can also add the Multiplier, Bulls-Eye, or Double Bulls-Eye for extra ways to win.
The Multiplier is an optional add-on that doubles your wager and applies a randomly drawn multiplier to any prize you win that game. A separate multiplier value is drawn for each game:
After the 20 winning numbers are drawn, one of them is selected at random as the red Bulls-Eye number. Adding the Bulls-Eye option doubles the cost of your ticket and pays a larger prize when one of your matched numbers is the Bulls-Eye.
Double Bulls-Eye goes a step further. A second, green Bulls-Eye number is drawn from the remaining 19 winning numbers, giving you two Bulls-Eye numbers to chase. You win by matching either the red or the green Bulls-Eye, and you win even more by matching both. Adding Double Bulls-Eye triples the cost of your Club Keno ticket.
On a standard Club Keno play, the most you can win is $100,000 per ticket. When you add the Multiplier, Bulls-Eye, or Double Bulls-Eye, the maximum prize on a single ticket rises to $1,000,000.

Like other state lottery keno games, Club Keno keeps a sizeable share of every dollar wagered. State lottery keno typically returns about 65% to 75% to players (a house edge of roughly 25% to 35%), depending on the spot count and which features you add. Treat keno as entertainment spending rather than an investment.
The 10-spot game has an eye-catching top prize, but the odds of hitting all your numbers get dramatically longer with each extra spot. Lower spot counts (4, 5, 6) win more often, just for smaller amounts. Pick the spot count that matches how you like to play, not just the biggest jackpot.
The 4-minute draw cycle makes it easy to play far more games than intended. Decide how much you're willing to spend before you buy your first ticket, and stop when you hit it.
The Multiplier doubles your cost, Bulls-Eye doubles it, and Double Bulls-Eye triples it. Each adds variance and a higher ceiling, but it also raises how fast you go through your budget. Add them only when the extra cost fits your plan.
4-spot and 5-spot games hit more often than 8 or 10-spot games. For a longer session without burning through your budget, fewer spots is the steadier play.
