New Jersey draws roughly every 4 minutes. You pick 1 to 10 spots from a field of 80, 20 numbers are drawn, and you choose your wager amount per draw with prizes scaling proportionally.
Quick Draw runs at NJ Lottery retailers equipped with keno monitors right across the state, from the shore to the northern suburbs, including bars, delis, convenience stores and restaurants. Look for the live Quick Draw monitor in store. You must be 18 or older to play.

For an extra wager equal to your base bet, Bullseye designates one of the 20 drawn numbers as a special Bullseye number. Matching the Bullseye among the spots you caught unlocks much larger prizes, with the top Bullseye payouts reaching into six figures on the higher spot counts. It doubles what you pay per draw, so it is a way of reshaping the prize distribution rather than improving your odds of winning something.
Smaller prizes are normally paid straight back at the retailer that sold the ticket, and larger ones go through a lottery claim center or a mail-in claim. Federal rules treat a state lottery keno prize like any other lottery prize: once your winnings minus the wager clear $5,000, the lottery withholds 24% for the IRS before it pays you, and smaller prizes can still be reported on a Form W-2G. New Jersey taxes lottery winnings as income as well, and the lottery withholds at the state level on larger prizes, so check the operator's own claim page for the current thresholds and rate before you plan around a number.
