Keno 603 is run by the New Hampshire Lottery and is named for the state's telephone area code. Launched in late 2017, it is a rapid-draw keno game offered at licensed retailers across the state: bars, restaurants, convenience stores, and other lottery agents that hold a keno license.
Draws run every 5 minutes from 11:05 AM to 1:00 AM, seven days a week. Players pick between 1 and 12 numbers (spots) from the field of 1–80, and 20 numbers are drawn each game. You can play the same numbers for up to 20 consecutive draws on one ticket.
Pick 1–12 numbers from 1–80 and choose your wager ($1 to $25). A new draw happens every 5 minutes, with 20 numbers drawn from 80. You win based on how many of your numbers match, according to the paytable for your spot count. Add the Keno 603 Multiplier to multiply any win by 3x, 4x, 5x, or 10x.
Most state keno games cap you at 10 spots. New Hampshire is one of the few that lets you play 11-spot and 12-spot tickets. The trade-off: bigger top prizes, but longer odds. Matching all 12 numbers on a 12-spot ticket wins the $1,000,000 top prize for a $1 wager. To keep those games interesting even when you miss, the 10, 11, and 12-spot games also pay a small prize for matching zero of your numbers.
The Keno 603 Multiplier is an optional add-on that doubles your wager and applies a randomly drawn multiplier to any prize you win. A separate multiplier value is drawn for each game:

You must be 18 or older to play. Keno 603 is also available on the NH Lottery's iLottery platform for eligible players within state lines.

Like other state lottery keno games, Keno 603 keeps a sizeable share of every dollar wagered. State lottery keno typically returns about 65% to 75% to players (a house edge of roughly 25% to 35%), depending on the spot count and whether you add the Multiplier. Treat keno as entertainment spending rather than an investment.
The 11 and 12-spot games have eye-catching top prizes, but the odds of hitting all your numbers get dramatically longer with each extra spot. Lower spot counts (4, 5, 6) win more often, just for smaller amounts. Pick the spot count that matches how you like to play, not just the biggest jackpot.
The 5-minute draw cycle makes it easy to play far more games than intended. Decide how much you're willing to spend before you buy your first ticket, and stop when you hit it.
The Multiplier doubles your cost for an average boost of about 2x, so it roughly pays for itself on average while adding variance. It is also not available on the 10, 11, or 12-spot games. If you want a shot at a much bigger win on smaller spot counts, it can be worth it.
4-spot and 5-spot games hit more often than 8, 10, or 12-spot games. For a longer session without burning through your budget, fewer spots is the steadier play.
