Live North Carolina Keno Results

Carolina Keno is one of the fastest lottery games in the state. A brand new set of 20 winning numbers is drawn every 4 minutes, from about 5:04 AM to 2:00 AM, seven days a week. That works out to roughly 250 draws a day, so there are always fresh NC keno results to check.

NC keno results are now live on KenoSpots

Our live Carolina Keno results page shows the most recent draws, the Multiplier on each one, hot and cold numbers, and a free checker for your picks — refreshed through the day. You can also see the winning numbers at these official sources:

How a Carolina Keno draw works

You pick 1 to 10 numbers from 1 to 80. Every 4 minutes the lottery draws 20 numbers at random. You win based on how many of your numbers match the 20 drawn, following the payout chart for your spot count. Each draw has its own draw number printed on your ticket, so you always know which result is yours.

Past NC Keno Results

Because Carolina Keno draws every 4 minutes, hundreds of past results are created every single day. Many players like to look back at recent winning numbers to spot which numbers have come up often (hot numbers) and which have been quiet (cold numbers).

Our live results page shows the most recent Carolina Keno draws, with hot and cold numbers and a draw-by-draw view. For older draws, the official NC Education Lottery results page lets you look up past Carolina Keno numbers by date and draw number.

A friendly reminder: keno draws are completely random. Past results do not change the odds of any future draw. Hot and cold numbers are fun to track, but every number always has the same chance of being drawn.

North Carolina Keno Payouts

The Keno Multiplier add-on

For an extra $1 per game, the Keno Multiplier can multiply your non-jackpot prize by 1, 2, 3, 5, or 10 times. A multiplier number is drawn for each game, so if you win $7 on a 6-spot and the multiplier lands on 5, you would collect $35. It is an easy way to boost the smaller, more frequent wins.
