How Bulls-Eye works
Bulls-Eye is an optional add-on that costs an amount equal to your Hot Spot wager. One of the 20 numbers drawn each game is designated the Bulls-Eye number. If that number is among the numbers you matched, you win the larger Bulls-Eye prize for that match level instead of the base Hot Spot prize. You do not pick any extra numbers for it.

On a $1 base wager, California Hot Spot pays from $2 on a 1 spot up to $100,000 for matching all 10 numbers on a 10 spot. Adding Bulls-Eye raises the top prizes, including up to $300,000 on a 10 spot. Each spot count has its own prize schedule, shown in full above.
Bulls-Eye is an optional add-on that costs an amount equal to your Hot Spot wager. One of the 20 numbers drawn each game is designated the Bulls-Eye number. If that number is among the numbers you matched, you win the larger Bulls-Eye prize for that match level instead of the base prize.
The odds of matching all 10 numbers in a 10 spot Hot Spot game are about 1 in 8,911,711. These odds are fixed by the math of drawing 20 numbers from a field of 80.
