About WCLC Keno

Keno is run by the Western Canada Lottery Corporation (WCLC) and is played at lottery retailers across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, as well as Yukon, the Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. A fresh draw happens roughly every 5 minutes during operating hours, with results shown on the keno monitor at participating retailers.

Players choose between 1 and 10 numbers (spots) from a field of 1 to 80, and 20 numbers are drawn each game. You win based on how many of your numbers match, according to the prize table for your spot count.

How WCLC Keno Works

Pick 1–10 numbers from 1–80 and choose a wager of $1, $2, $5, or $10. A new draw happens about every 5 minutes, and 20 numbers are drawn from 80. You win based on how many of your numbers match, according to the prize table for your spot count. Prizes scale with your wager, up to the per-draw maximum.

The $100,000 prize limit

The maximum prize that may be won on any one ticket for any single draw is $100,000, regardless of the amount wagered. If two or more tickets each match all 10 of a 10-spot selection in the same draw, the combined prize is capped at $200,000 and shared, with no single ticket winning more than $100,000.

Where to Play WCLC Keno

In Alberta the lottery is administered through AGLC, in Saskatchewan through Sask Lotteries, and in Manitoba through the Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries Corporation, all using the same WCLC Keno game. You must be 18 or older to play.
